Pilot programme: three months free
We are opening a limited number of pilot accounts with Belgian installation companies. This is not a waiting list in disguise: a pilot company uses the product for real, and what it says changes what we build.
What the three months include
The three months are free, complete and without commitment. They start the day your account is ready, not the day you sign up.
- Full access to the product for your whole team, office and field, with no features held back.
- Bringing your starting data across (customers, installations, contracts), done with you rather than left to you.
- Direct contact with the founder, not a support form.
- Your priorities handled first on the roadmap, for the length of the pilot.
- A full export of your data at any moment, including if you stop.
What we ask in return
The consideration is not money, it is attention. A pilot who creates an account and never opens it again teaches us nothing, and costs somebody else a place.
- Use the product for real work, not to try it once.
- Say what is wrong, precisely, including when it is unpleasant to hear.
- A half-hour conversation every few weeks, in French, Dutch or English.
- Accept that the product is incomplete at the start and changes fast.
The programme is open to HVAC and plumbing installation companies established in Belgium. It suits some better than others, and we would rather say so now.
- Between four and thirty people, with at least two technicians in the field.
- A real service base: contracts, due dates, recurring visits.
- Somebody in the office who carries the admin today and can say what is missing.
- An appetite for changing method, not only for changing software.
Better said now than three months in.
- A company of more than thirty people: that is not the size the product is built for today.
- A company that needs a complete tool tomorrow morning: this is not a finished product, and a pilot has to be able to live with that.

- We read every application and reply by email.
- If the timing and the profile fit, we agree a half-hour call.
- If we offer you a place, your account is prepared with your starting data before the three months begin.
Common questions
What happens after the three months?
You decide whether to carry on, and there is nothing to cancel if you stop. We will ask for honest feedback on your decision either way: a pilot who stops often teaches us more than one who stays.
What will it cost after that?
The price is not decided, and we do not want to invent a number to fill a box on a page. It will be settled before the first pilots end, and pilot companies will know it before anyone else, with time to say no.
What if we stop?
You leave with your data, as a full export. That is in the first release of the product and it is not negotiable.
How many places are there?
A small number, because every pilot costs us time. We would rather have ten companies followed properly than a hundred left alone.
