What Instalvo does

An app that keeps working in the cellar.

The field runs through an app for iOS and Android, on the phone the technician already has. It works offline: what is entered in a cellar without signal is kept, and sent as soon as the connection returns.

  • Address with a navigation link, access notes and the installation's full history
  • Checklists per job type, defined by the office
  • Readings of CO, flue gas, draught, pressure and temperature, which feed the certificate directly
  • Materials from the price list, hours, photos and free notes
  • The customer's signature on screen, then the work order as a PDF by email

What exists, and when

Instalvo is in development. The first release is targeted for early 2027, and pilot companies get access before that. Here is what is planned for it, and what comes after.

First release
  • The day's round in the app, on iOS and Android
  • Configurable checklists per job type
  • Readings, materials, hours, photos and notes
  • The customer's signature on screen and a PDF sent straight away
  • Status on the way, in progress, finished, coming back to the office

Common questions

Does it work without signal, in a cellar?

Yes. The app works offline: the day's round and everything entered stay available without signal, and are sent as soon as the connection returns.

Is there an app to install?

Yes: an app for iOS and Android, installed from the App Store or Google Play on the phone the technician already has.

Are the checklists fixed?

No. They are defined by the office, per job type. Servicing a gas boiler and repairing a heat pump do not carry the same list, and which list applies is your call.

Does the customer get anything straight away?

Yes. The signed work order goes out as a PDF by email, in the customer's language, before the van pulls away.
