InstaMobile, by Tradecom, has offered mobile software to technicians since 2003. Instalvo is newer and built around heating, heat pump and air conditioning maintenance. Here is how the two compare, using InstaMobile’s own published information.

What InstaMobile is
InstaMobile is made by Tradecom NV in Erembodegem, which says it has built mobile software for technicians on the road since 2003. It combines a cloud administration portal with a work order app and separate products for cooling, fuel tanks, stock and sales, and says 2,000 technicians have already used it.
Where Instalvo is different
- Walloon maintenance and combustion certificates come first, filled straight from the readings taken during the visit.
- One product for quotes, contracts, planning, the field app and invoicing, designed together from the start.
- An interface in English as well as French and Dutch, for teams that do not all share one language.

When InstaMobile may suit you better
- You need certificates linked to VEKA or Brussels Environment today.
- You also inspect fuel tanks or keep refrigerant logs and want that in the same tool.
- You want a product already in daily use, rather than one in development.
